TEN TRICKS FOR A GOOD “ASADO” (BARBEQUE)
The person preparing the “asado” has to have all the necessary tools in order to be comfortable when cooking: knife, fork, shovel, an iron rod to push the hot coals, and a wood board or platter to cut the beef
The grill shall be perfectly cleansed .

Coals shall be well done, to avoid any intoxication whatsoever.
Keep the coals lighted aside in case you may need to add more beef to the grill.
Distribute the coals’ heat according to the type of beef to grill.
Salt the beef before grilling it, and try to use table salt.
Keep the fire moderate and constant at a prudent height from the grill to avoid overcooking the “asado”.
Use a brazier to take the beef from the grill to the table.
